1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Construction Hub ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Construction Hub provides cloud-based MEP estimation, bidding, and takeoff calculator software modules on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. You may cancel your seat subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

We offer digital software access. If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, please contact support at mepconstructionhub@outlook.com to request assistance or a refund.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials managed via Clerk Authentication.
